The Integrity Office was started with three missions in the office: Service Reliability, Security and Social Responsibility.  Each pillar is key in how we bring each of our customers an insanely great customer experience.

While we make it a point to be PCI certified and to evolve our technology alongside legislation, the Integrity Office is there to keep our entire company’s values on track.

    The Integrity Office works closely with engineering and operations to ensure our systems and networks are designed, managed, and able to support over 99.99% uptime. This ensures you have a service that you can always count on. To achieve this, we work closely with network planning and network operations to ensure that network growth and design match our customers’ growing demands. This gives you the systems you need to get ahead now and over the long-term life of your business.

    We know how valuable our customers’ data is and as a result, the Integrity Office creates, approves and audits security processes. We uphold the highest security standards and are certified with PCI and FCC. Connect First is an approved provider under the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Certification. All Connect First clients can be assured of the highest security standards when conducting payment card transactions through the Connect First platform. PCI DSS certification requires the company to meet with 12 requirements designed specifically to protect cardholder data, implement strong measures for access control, build and manage a secure network, consistently test and monitor the networks, and ensure the ongoing maintenance of vulnerability management applications and policies regarding information security.
