The mission of the Integrity Office is threefold, delivering reliability, security and best practices for you and your customers.

The Integrity Office works closely with engineering and operations to ensure our systems and networks are designed, managed and able to support over 99.99% uptime. To achieve this, we work closely with network planning and network operations to ensure that network growth and design matches our customers’ growing demands. The second mission of the Integrity Office is security. We know how valuable our customers’ data is and as a result, the Integrity Office creates, approves and audits security processes. We uphold the highest security standards and are certified with PCI and FCC. Connect First is an approved provider under the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Certification. All Connect First clients can be assured of the highest security standards when conducting payment card transactions through the Connect First platform.
The Connect First network has always been PCI compliant, but demonstrating certification to the client base takes it one step further as it demonstrates the company’s commitment to data security and network assurance.
PCI DSS certification requires the company to meet with 12 general requirements designed specifically to protect cardholder data, implement strong measures for access control, build and manage a secure network, consistently test and monitor the networks, and ensure the ongoing maintenance of vulnerability management applications and policies regarding information security.
