More than 3 million visitors utilize CollegeBound’s resources on a monthly basis.  While many visitors use the web-based portals to gather valuable information, a number also use the toll free number displayed prominently on the company’s home page for more specific inquiries.  To keep up with the call volume, CollegeBound initially brought in a large vendor, but with limited success.  Thus they began looking for a new platform.
